C:WindowsTempphp7C00.tmpHearts started off their pre-season fixtures with a win but it came at a cost. Gary Oliver was the man to score the winning goal as Hearts beat Dinamo Bucharest 2-1 in their opening pre-season game in Lancashire. However, Scott Robinson was stretchered off with what looked like a broken leg. The game was part of the summer series at the Leigh Sports Village following the Scottish club's training camp in Chester.

Sam Nicholson opened the scoring for for the Tynecastle side inside two minutes with Kamil Bilinski equalising from close range for Dinamo on 15 minutes. And later in the first half, Oliver fired home the winner on the rebound after the Dinamo keeper had parried Jamie Walker’s initial shot. Things turned a bit tasty with the Romanian side ending the game with 10 men.
