C:WindowsTempphp7363.tmpDundee United are not wasting much time in getting players in to help them in their drive for promotion to the Premiership. They have signed Danish striker Emil Sigvardsen Lyng and Brandon Mason until the end of the season.

6' 3" Lyng can play both central and wide roles and joins from Icelandic Úrvalsdeild team Knattspyrnufélag Akureyra (KA) where he scored nine goals in his 20 games.  He has caps at U20 and U21 level and becomes Csaba Laszlo's fourth signing after Craig Slater and Brandon Mason arrived on loan this week with Paul Quinn agreeing a contract extension.

Left back Brandon Mason joins United on loan from Watford until the end of the season. Mason signed to the Hornets in June 2016 and made his debut for the first team against Tottenham on Vicarage Road on New Year's Day 2017. The following week, he started against Burton Albion in the FA Cup and notched an assist. He has played four times for the first team.
