|Glasgow City have announced contract extensions for of four key player through to the summer of 2023. Centre-back Jenna Clark, fullback/winger Megan Foley, midfielder Mairead Fulton and forward Ode Fulutudilu have all committed their professional football careers to the Glasgow club.
Foley, who joined the club in December 2016 from Rangers, has started over 75 games in all competitions and scored 14 goals. The 28-year-old pacey versatile player, who can play anywhere down the right, as well as occasionally at centre-back has been a key figure in the club’s SWPL 1 title wins, with four winners’ medals and also a 2019 Scottish Cup winning medal. his season, Foley got an important assist for Niamh Farrelly’s goal in the 1-1 draw against Rangers in October.
Fulton joined in the winter of 2019 won her first SWPL trophy in June after scoring five goals during the season including strikes against Hibernian and Hearts. Fulton also scored in the penalty shoot out victory against Peamount United in the UEFA Women’s Champions League Qualifying Rounds. Fulton has made 18 appearances this season in all three competitions City have featured in so far.
South African international, Fulutudilu has scored seven goals this season and helped the club in the second half of the 2020/21 season secure the SWPL1 title with two successive hat-tricks against Forfar Farmington in her debut and against Motherwell.
Having signed for the club in the Summer of 2018 from Rangers, Clark went on to score in one of her first appearances in the Champions League group stages v Martve. She has gone on to win three league titles and the 2019 Scottish Cup. The defender made her Scotland debut this year and scored against Faroe Islands at Hampden Park while she made her 50th start for Glasgow City in September having joined the club in the summer of 2018 from Rangers.

Fulton said: "I am delighted to sign a new contract with Glasgow City and continue to try and bring success to the club. I look forward to the rest of the season."
Fulutudilu said: "I am honoured and pleased to be continuing my football career with Glasgow City. There is a lot I can give to the club on and off the field. I hope that this second phase with the club will allow me to do that with Eileen (Gleeson) at the wheel."
