One In, One Out?

Owen Morrison looks set to join ex-boss Stephen Kenny at Derry City while former Celtic and Barnsley Anthony McParland made an impressive reserve debut for the Pars on Tuesday night in a 0-0 Reserve League Cup draw with neighbours East Fife, McParland being employed on the right side of the Pars midfield. McParland could be promoted to the first team sooner rather than later with the Pars looking to make ground on the First Division leaders, although surely any improvement will not be enough to stop Hamilton and Dundee fighting it out for the SPL place on offer.

Morrison was almost transferred to a Chinese League club last season but decided to stay and fight for his place and he played a bit part role in getting Dunfermline to the Scottish Cup Final last May.
