Hearts Finnished off?

Hearts may regret heading to Finland for the warm up tour. They look as if they will bearly have enough players to make it to the end.

| Hearts may have found a couple of gems as we reported this morning but their preparations for the new season just three weeks away have been hampered as two of their new signings have been injured. And it is unlikely that either will make the first game of the season against Dundee. Striker Mark de Vries has had to pull out of the Finland pre-season tour due to a hamstring injury while winger Kevin Twaddle managed to tear his thigh in the game against 2-1 win over FC Boda at the weekend. Levein said: "Mark has had his problem since before we came over here, while Kevin suffered a small tear in his thigh during the game against Boda. It looks like Mark will be out for around four weeks, while it could be longer for Kevin. It is frustrating but there is nothing we can do about it and we'll just have to get on with things."
It appears that it never rains but it pours for the Tynecastle side. They will now have to cope with defender Robbie Neilson sitting out the rest of the tour after he damaged his ankle game with Boda. That friendly could turn out to be rather expensive in terms of injuries.
