Hibs manager John Collins has responded to reports in the media that he has lost the confidence of the Easter Road dressing room by saying it is just normal business. Hibs lost to their Scottish Cup semi-final opponents on Saturday and there have been reports of a dressing-room row after the game. It has been suggested that many players were unhappy with Collins over changes in team selection and tactics. Things have not gone well for Hibs since they won the CIS Insurance Cup last month with a 5-1 win over Kilmarnock. Out of three league games since, the club have only picked up one point and lost to their city rivals Hearts.

However, Collins insists it is impossible to keep every player happy. He said: "
When players are not playing they are not happy. When they aren't there are always moans and groans, every manager at every club in the country has to deal with it and I expect it. I would do it myself when I was a player. If I was left out I'd knock on the manager's door, ask for reasons and then get back to work. There is no such thing as a completely happy dressing-room. Players are only happy when they are playing. Ask the guys who have just won a cup for the first time in their careers, the ones who played and have a winner's medal in their pocket, they'll be happy."
