Scotland Squad For Germany Game

Scotland's women take on World champions Germany a week on Sunday, 2 May in the UEFA Women's Championship. Coach Vera Pauw has named an unchanged squad for the game that takes place at Livingston with a 2pm kick-off. German TV will be broadcasting the game live and the SFA are hoping for a big crowd. They have kept the prices low at just £3 for adults and £1 for concessions.

The game will present a massive test for the Scots team, who desperately need a result to get their hopes of qualifying for the finals back on track. Scotland remain unchanged from the shattering late defeat in Ukraine, when a goal for the hosts two minutes from time punished the Scots for a series of missed chances. However, there could be no more difficult opponents than the World Cup holders. The last time the teams met, Germany came out on top winning 5-0. The champions are currently sit top of their group with maximum points from five games.
