Republic Of Ireland 0 Scotland 4

Scotland women’s Under 19 team had an excellent 4-0 win over the Republic of Ireland in Dublin on Saturday afternoon. Scotland's goals came from Holly Thomson and Katie Bennett who scored two apiece.

Thomson opened the scoring after just five minutes, but it took until midway through the second half before Scotland extended their lead. Bennett got the second in 56 minutes, and thereafter it was virtually one way traffic with Thomson and Bennett getting another goal each in 66 and 78 minutes respectively.

The win is Scotland’s final game before their UEFA qualifiers in Portugal at the end of April. Not a bad note to end on as they prepare for the qualifiers.
