Scotland's woman now know when they will meet as they strive to make the UEFA Women's Euro 2013 finals. The Group 4 fixtures have been agreed between Israel, France, Wales, the Republic of Ireland and Scotland. They first fixture is away to Israel on 12 October which is not expected to be easy. It is then back home to take on Wales eight days later. The final game of the campaign will be against France in September next year.

National coach Anna Signeul said: “I am pleased with the fixture schedule on the whole. I would have liked to have avoided France at the beginning of next year but you never get it all your own way. We are really hoping that it will be all to play for in the final game at home though. I think it would be fair to say that we are favourites for the play-off spot and we are probably also expected to fight with France for the top spot. That is an indication of how far we have come in the last few years, however we cannot ignore the other teams in this group. Israel are developing and that is a challenging trip to make. I can see the Wales and Republic of Ireland games being fun to be involved in but they will also be a fight, a lot of heart will go into these games for sure."
