The Doonhamers welcome Dundee to Palmerston Park today and hope to be looking down on them come 5pm.
Queen of the South manager Gordon Chisholm is sweating on four players ahead of today's game against Dundee. Chisholm is hoping to have captain David Lilley available while Craig Read and Ludovic Roy will be handed late fitness test He said: "I don't think Stewart Kean will be fit in time but the other three have a decent chance. I'm pretty sure our skipper, David Lilley, will be fine while Craig Reid and Ludovic Roy have trained. Craig's only got a strain and I think he'll make it and we'll check on Ludo on the day. If he's fit it will leave me with a difficult decision again with David Hutton available as well. But, as I said a week or two ago, it's a problem I can live with."

Dundee manager Jocky Scott will welcome Jim Lauchlan back after he recovered from a knock picked up earlier in the week but is fit enough to take his place. The defence will also be bolstered by the return of Gary MacKenzie after injury. Scott planned to take no chances with the traffic by travelling to Dumfries on Friday. Speaking yesterday, he said: "It seems there are roadworks all the way from Dundee to Glasgow on various bits of the motorway and after seeing what happened to Killie last Saturday, it's a sensible decision to stay overnight. I like the players to have the same pre-match routine every week so the last thing we want to be doing is rushing around or, even worse, sitting on a bus for long periods stuck in traffic." | Editor Ger Harley (ger@scottishfitba net)
