Alloa manager Allan Maitland is full of praise for the impact new striker Bryan Prunty has had on the club. Maitland is not just pleased about the three goals which have been since signing from Ayr United last month but also the effect has had on fellow front man Stuart Noble. Both players were on target as the Wasps beat Cowdenbeath 2-1 to top the Second Division to leave Maitland pleased as punch. he said: "Bryan’s arrival has given everyone at the club a lift especially Stuart. They played together at Airdrie and have gelled together again really quickly. Stuart has responded with his best form of the season." |
