C:WindowsTempphp7A98.tmpOn Sunday, Glasgow City travel East to take on second placed Hibs in a game which will have a huge bearing on the destination of this year's SWPL title.

City currently sit three points clear at the top of the SWPL with three games left and with a goal difference of plus 32 over their Edinburgh rivals. Both teams are now assured of finishing in the top two and picking up Scotland's two Champions League spots which were announced just last week, largely due to City's impressive form in the competition over the past five years.

The previous two game in the SWPL between these two sides has been nothing short of scintillating and the best  the SWPL has arguably seen since its formation. Each time, the lead has swung like a pendulum, with ultimately City ahead until the final minutes of the game, before Hibs clawed back an equaliser to share the points.

Looking forward to the game, City Head Coach Scott Booth said; "Hibs have had a great season so far. I'm really pleased they have Champions League football to look forward to next season. I feel our club has played a huge part in that. So we are all proud. Let's hope this game is as open and entertaining as our last encounters."

Hibs v Glasgow City is at Albyn Park, Broxburn on Sunday 4th October. Kick off is 2pm
