The Second Division play off sees Cowdenbeath leading at half-time but can they see the tie out and still be leading?
Cowdenbeath manager Danny Lennon is hopeful Brian Fairbairn, Paul McQuade and Derek Fleming will all be able to return for the Division Two play-off second leg against East Stirling. Lennon knows he will be without Danny Mackay after he picked up an injury in the 2-1 first-leg win. Lennon said: "Unfortunately, Danny took a sore one and is out for the season. On the plus side it's very pleasing to see Paul McQuade and Derek Fleming back from injury. The win has given us a platform to build on for Saturday but it's only half-time and there is still much work to do."
Lennon's East Stirling opposite number Jim McInally looks set to be without David King. The midfielder had to be withdrawn at half-time in the first leg defeat and is unlikely to be fit, so Eddie Forrest is on stand-by to be the satnd-in. McInally said: "It looks serious and may mean he will have to miss the game. We now need to win by two goals and that won't be easy because Cowdenbeath's strengths lie in defence. But all we can do is give it a go and that's what we will do. There was certainly enough encouragement in our second-half performance to suggest we are capable of winning the tie." | Editor Ger Harley (ger@scottishfitba.net)
