Both Morton and Queen of the South are dealing with injuries ahead of their meeting today

morton jpegMorton defender Alan Reid was sent off during the midweek 3-1 defeat at Ross County so iss banned for today's game against Queen of the South at Cappielow.  This is just another worry for player-manager James Grady to add to Morton's woes, as they will once again be without Alex Walker, Allan Jenkins for the game. However, Grady, who is also sidelined,  is determined to bounce back and said: "We can't be despondent about Ross County because we have been playing well lately and you don't just become a bad team overnight. We have a good record against Queen of the South and we are at home to them, where we need to start putting a run of wins together."

queensQueen of the South manager Gordon Chisholm has several injury worries to deal with ahead of the trip to Greenock. The Doonhamers head into the game looking to maintain their unbeaten run and Chisholm said: "We'll be going all out for three points to stay close on the tail of Dundee. However we've been hard hit by injuries and now suspensions. David Lilley, who has been a rock in central defence, has been suspended for two games after that undeserved sending off against Caley Thistle and that's a major blow. It's a fight against time to get Craig Reid back in action, but if anyone can do it our Kerso (physio John Kerr) can! However, at the moment it's bordering on the positive. But, on the downside, Barry Wilson is out with a thigh injury. We signed Marvin Andrews on Monday so he'll be going right into the squad. He's been training with us all week and he's raring to get back in action again".
