C:WindowsTempphp425C.tmpKilmarnock will have to cope without Jamie Hamill as he been ruled out for around a month after undergoing a knee operation. The midfielder has been a regular starter for Killie this season but missed the 2-1 home defeat to Inverness last weekend. Manager Allan Johnston said: "Jamie Hamill got an operation the other day to tidy up his knee. He could be out for four weeks."

However, Johnston could have Darryl Westlake, Tope Obadeyi and Sammy Clingan back in his squad for Saturday's Johnston is understood to be considering a move for Hamill's former Hearts team-mate Scott Robinson, but he admits he cannot sign any players at the moment. He said: "We are looking at a few players but just now we don't have any money. It would need to be one in, one out. We're looking at different options and different positions, so I wouldn't identify any individuals." No players are on the verge of leaving Rugby Park but Johnston feels that might change before the end of January. He went on: "We have got a small squad as it is and we have had a lot of injuries lately. We are starting to get some of these players back and then, when there is more competition, I'm sure there might be people who want to move on."
