Hibs must look forward to games against Hamilton as they have 100% record against them this season.

Hamilton manager Billy Reid rues the fact that Hibs have walked away with all nine points on offer when the teams have met this season. He thought inexperience was the deciding factor for last night's lack of points. He felt that Accies had the better of the first half but lost the points thanks toSteven Fletcher's 80th-minute goal after the visitors improved slowly as the game wore on. The defeat came after Reid was hit by several injury problems. Martin Canning and Trent McClenehan joined the influential Mark McLaughlin on the sidelines as Hamilton's defence was decimated, while Scotland Under-21 midfielder James McArthur was also missing. Reid said: "
We brought in another two 19-year-olds. James Gibson has come through our system and I thought he was outstanding. He's a left-back playing at centre-back because of injuries to Canning and McLaughlin, who are a huge loss to us. And Jordan McMillan played his second SPL game. We had a young side out there, five under-21s playing and three on the bench. At times I think it showed when Hibs broke on us."

Fletcher enjoyed a free run on to Derek Riordan's reverse pass to score from close range much to the delight of the travelling fans. Reid said: "
When you see the goal, we were inexperienced. Jordan is captain of Rangers reserves but it's different playing SPL football. That's only his second game and I've got to give him credit for the way he played. "But when you switch off against good players, then you get caught. So a wee bit of inexperience cost us but I've no complaints about the commitment. In any season there's always a team with the Indian sign over you and Hibs are ours. We have not scored a goal or picked up a point and I think anyone who has seen those three games would say that's unjust."

The win was Hibs' first in six games and, taking into account Motherwell loss to Hearts, they are back in the top six . Beleaguered Easter Road manager Mixu Paatelainen was relieved to see Fletcher score and ease his worries a bit. The Finn said: "It's fantastic to win but we don't get carried away. "
It's a win but we realise we next play the team riding away in third place (Hearts). They won again and they're playing well so we need to be ready." Hibs lost captain Rob Jones to a back injury before the game and full-back Darren McCormack appeared to injure himself early in the second half. Paatelainen said: "He slid against the post but he will be all right" .
