C:WindowsTempphpCBDA.tmpNot only were Celtic knocked out of the Europa League by Inter Milan but the club have also been handed a UEFA charge for incidents in Milan. The charge relates to 'improper conduct of the team' - for accumulating five or more cards during the game - and for fireworks being set off in their section of the ground. The hearing is set for 19 March. Inter Milan have also been charged for their part in events in the game at the San Siro, which the Italian side won 1-0. Celtic were fined £7,300 for crowd disturbances in their Europa League game against Dinamo Zagreb in December las year.

UEFA has also charged Dynamo Kiev over crowd disorder which briefly stopped their game against Guingamp. Dynamo, who take on Everton in the last 16, face sanctions for crowd disturbances, fans coming on the field and throwing fireworks during a 3-1 win at the Olympic Stadium on Thursday. UEFA's disciplinary panel will judge the case on 4 March. Dynamo fans reportedly reacted to fans in the Guingamp section of the stadium holding up a French tricolor on it's side as a Russian flag with a slogan referring to the disputed Crimea region. UEFA did not announce any charges against Guingamp.

In a separate case, UEFA charged Bayer Leverkusen for fans showing an "illicit banner" during a 1-0 win against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League on Wednesday.
