Perfect timing from Ismael Bouzid as his family were there to see his winning goal.

Hearts defender Ismael Bouzid was in the spotlight in more than one on Sunday as his family were at Tynecastle to see him score the winning goal against Celtic. He picked a good time to score as Sunday was the first time his wife, Sarah, his brother Fares and his father-in-law were able to see him play live in Scotland. Bouzid's 76th-minute diving header earned the club a welcome 2-1 win on Sunday. Bouzid said: "My family were at the game so it was just great that I was able to score with them watching from the stand. I was delighted and they were happy for me, too. That is the first time they have come over for a match and it was my first goal for the club. Maybe they should come over more often! Maybe I will speak to them about that."

It could have been all so different if manager Casba Laszlo had managed to find a break in the game to give Bouzid the hook. Laszlo was set to make a substitution after Bouzid, who was sent off against Hamilton in his previous appearance, was booked for making a gesture to Celtic fans. Bouzid was replaced by Marius Zaliukas a minute after his goal but that failed to ruin his day. He went on: "I don't tend to score that many goals as a defender but it wasn't about me, it was about the team getting a victory and it was very important to take the three points from Celtic. I know the manager took me off after I scored but I accept his decision as he felt it was best for the team. It is not about individuals, it is about the team, and our team worked very hard for the victory."
