Guilty As Charged M'lud

C:WindowsTempphpA3AC.tmpGary Teale has been given a one-game touchline ban for comments the St Mirren manager made about a referee last month. Teale was charged by the SFA after criticising Steven McLean and his fellow officials in the aftermath of a home defeat to Dundee.

That charge - that his comments "indicated bias or incompetence" - has been upheld, and he will not be in the dugout at Aberdeen this weekend. A further one-game ban is suspended until the end of the season and will only apply if Teale breaches the same SFA rule before then. Teale apologised to McLean shortly after his outburst, which was prompted by Yoann Arquin's sending-off and his belief that a Dundee goal should have been disallowed for offside.
