Queen Of The South welcome the table toppers to Palmerston and hope they head back to West Lothian empty handed.

The top two in the First division meet today with Queen of the South hoping to overtake Livingston on goal difference. Doonhamers' manager Gordon Chisholm is waiting for fitness reports on four players ahead of the game and said: "Sean O'Connor was in for light training this week. The swelling in his knee is down and it would be great to get him back for such an important match. But, if he doesn't make it, I'm quietly confident he'll be fine for our next fixture. Jamie McQuilken is still suffering with his ribs, while both Bobby Harris and Gary Arbuckle have had a slight recurrance of their injuries. None of them trained on Thursday, however I'd like to think all three may be in contention when I name the side on the morning of the match".

Livingston counterpart Roberto Landi is spoilt for choice as he has a full squad to choose from. The Lions are in fine spirits after seeing off Partick Thistle with a 3-1 win and hope to stretch their lead to six points in Dumfries. Landi said: "
Every week is now a massive game for us but we have lots of confidence in the way we are playing and hopefully that continues."
