C:WindowsTempphpC55A.tmpRonny Deila has played down reports that he is looking to bring Gambian striker Modou Barrow to Parkhead. The Celtic manager admits he in the market for attacking reinforcements and has been linked with an approach for Barrow, along with Mexican winger Javier Aquino. Barrow currently plays for Ostersunds FK and the Swedish club’s president Daniel Kindberg has claimed that Celtic, along with Middlesbrough and Swansea City, are interested. Everton, Hull City and Queens Park Rangers were also reported to be ready to watch the striker, who recently had a trial at Bolton Wanderers. However, Deila is unaware of the speculation surrounding Barrow, who is reportedly valued at £1.5million by Ostersunds.

Deila said: "That is interesting. I have not heard that name. We are working in different places and we will see what happens but there is nothing serious. I don’t comment on names but we are looking to get people into forward positions. We are hoping to get new energy into the squad."
