The Dons' new subscription service - RedTV - was launched today, bringing up to date news, features, exclusive interviews and live match commentary to the thousands of Dons supporters around the world.
RedWeb gave the following information on the service:
In partnership with Premium TV, RedTV will offer a host of benefits to fans including :
- Exclusive match video highlights, available within a few days following the game
- live audio match commentary and stats, with Northsound's Andy Dewar and Dave Macdermid
- searchable video archive: video highlights from the 2004-05 archive
- exclusive video interviews with players, management, and staff
- pre and post match interviews
- exclusive televised news features from the club
- exclusive features with behind the scenes stories from within Aberdeen FC, including preseason training, squad photo shoot, kit launch and more
- the top tier will offer access to 80 other football clubs' paid content, including many English Premier League clubs.

The price of £34.99 per season equates to less than ten pence per day and is no barrier to Dons fans around the World or nearer to home being able to keep up to date with all the Dons news. Additionally, the live RedTV audio commentary of all our games means that no one with internet access will miss out on the Dons live experience again. Details of the RedTV packages available are as follows :
Option 1: "RedTV" Audio matchday commentary AND all the video items mentioned above. Cost £34.99 per year if paying by direct debit £39.99 per year if paying by credit card or switch
Option 2: "MatchLive" Live audio matchday commentary and stats ONLY £19.99 per year if paying by direct debit £24.99 per year if paying by credit card or switch
Option 3: "WorldExtra" You get everything previously mentioned AS WELL AS all the action from other SPL matches, the Premiership, and the Football League. £49.99 per year, if paying by direct debit. £59.99 if paying by credit card, or switch card.
